Here is what I have done:

Moved the file
Opened it
Opened GC
Set the app browse to the location C:\SG Interactive\Grand Chase
Saved it
Unlocked C:\SG Interactive\Grand Chase\Stage\AI\AI.Kom
Click the disable on the app
Log In
(Either lets me log in and on the app says "Not yet unlocked..." or says that GC is not up to date)

ok follow my stesp
1) save the location
2) open gc patcher
3) wait until the gameguard pops out,
4) Activate
5) wait for login screen
6) right click stage folder, Unlock Stage folder, unlock all
7) deactivate
8) login
9) wait for dungeon run ,press f9, when at loading %, activate it
10) after the boss dies, deactivate
11) Repeat 9 & 10.

Ok i think you did wrongly, deactivate again, press f9, 2sec later then press shift + f1

it should work

ok. this wont work on my vista 32 bit.. so lemme go bit off topic. Do we have working SD hacks for my OS? if yes, please link me. If no, then i wont beg for one.

Thanks, it helped!! ^^ Somehow after I deactivate it, my whole client closed. May I ask you if it have something to do with my OS?

Edit 1: I keep getting black screen then client closes ._.

Edit 2: The hack keeps getting detected TT

yea i did.. but still the same problem

btw unlocking ai.kom was sucessful at first but for the 2nd 3rd and more tries , nothing to unlock

@nowell, if u successfully able to unlock the ai in the 1st tym. theres no need to unlock it again
