why when i start the game and i press activate theres a word said the process cannot acces the file C:\Level Up Games\Grand Chase Chaos\stage\ai\ai.kom'because it is being used by another proccess why?

PLS kindly help me about the unlocker thing. Ive already installed the unlocker 1.9.1, but every time i right clicked the ai.kom or the ai folder theres no button for unlocker. Ive already run it as administrator. my OS is window7 ultimate. pls help me. im craving for this cheat. ill press thanks who would help me

Whenever I try to use this after yesterdays patch, it tells me that my client isnt up to date. I've patched it several times and still have the same message.
