Same answer. Add it to your Antivirus exceptions.

Ring0 always made quality releases, there's no Trojan. Every release has a Virustotal scan. Make one yourself again if you have any doubt... Pretty sure it will be exactly the same. ^^
As he states in his post, ring0 had to encrypt it to make it harder for the devs to destroy it.
Now, if you don't trust someone like Ring0, just don't use it.
