I found a way to make the archer work again but it is little more to do.
First start Cheat engine and make sure that you have "use VEH Debugger" under edit/settings/debugger option.
Then go into the game and look at you mana, for me it's 300.
type that in to cheat engine and make first scan.
then spam right mouse button so all you mana goes away and go back to CE and take smaller then "300" and spam next scan until your mana is up to like 255 or something.
Then take exact value and you will have 3-4 addresses.
(note. if you get 4 addresses one will change value from time to time so just take the other 3)
When you have the 3 addresses. Right click and one of the addresses and take "Find out what writes to this adress ( or something like that it says). (when you are in this state u have to go back to game and spend mana to make it appear)
And do this to all 3 cuz you need to find the one that says "mov [eax+3C],ecx"
mark it and press add the codelist.
then dubble tap it in the new window and u come to the row where it says "[eax+3C],ecx". dubble tap that and change the 3 to a 4.
and now you should have infi mana and dash. (NOTE: before you enter or leave instance you must change back the 4 to a 3 or you will have to redo everything again and restart the game, you don't have to close the windows just change the number back to 4 when you enter a new instance.
This is how it looks for me.
And cuz it's no cooldown on rapid fire only mana use, so spam away.
