Character X:
Method:
Search for Unknown (4 Byte).
Move right, search increased value.
Wait a bit, search unchanged value.
Move left, search decreased value.
Repeat the above 3 steps until you get only a few (50 or less) addresses left.
Copy all addresses to your "editing" window.
Freeze an address.
Go in game, move, if you can't move, that's the X-Address.
If you can, reapeat the two steps above for all addresses.
Now that you have the address, must find pointer.
Right click on address, click "Find out what accesses this address"
A few codes should pop up:
EX: mov eax, [edx+10]
Double click the code. A window will pop-up with values.
+10 is the offset, and EDX might be the base pointer.
If it is not, click "view dissassembler" and look at the codes above move eax, [edx+10].
See which one says something like mov edx, BLAH BLAH BLAH ... the first part is important.
EX: mov edx, [esi]
Go to the window with the values that popped-up when you double-clicked the code.
In that window, look at ESI, that will very probably be the base pointer.

Search for your HP value (4 Byte)
Get hit
Continue seaching for your new HP value.
Repeat previous 2 steps until one address is left.
Find pointer to that address. (Look above how)
OOPS! Unfortunately the pointer is dynamic too.
Find pointer to the pointer. ("Find out what accesses this pointer" [pointer, not address])
Use same method as finding a pointer to an address.
