Hero Online Tbl file edition?

So I found a utility to edit .tbl files, and it can read Hero Online tbls just fine, I'm wondering if it'd be possible to use this program to add nCash items to average shops... If so, could anyone explain me how?

I leave the program here, my computer didn't find any virus or trojan in it yet so I assume it's safe.

Has anyone tried this program before? Is there a way we can edit these .tbl files? Some can not be opened. Is there a newer version of this "Goats KO Table Editor" Windwolf001? Which .tbl file in Netgame that we can edit and add gold to our account? When I opened these .tbl files, it shows numbers and "0 - Ulnt32" What does it mean exactly?
