how to use Cheat Engine 6.1?

I started playing Fantasy Tennis China, and one player used the Cheat Engine 6.1 and multiplied to an item I sell and get gold.

tried using and apparently increases the amount of item but not really.

someone teach me? told me that the player has to be the Cheat Engine 6.1, but not had time to teach.
