HaqReq is well supported, but is a pay based bot, not public. Its made by a fellow rusky, he is also working on QuestReq, which will automatically level a toon through questing. I think he got it working up to lvl 25 right now. Latest updates I believe Aug 31st.
I used it a few months ago, and was well done, but its not bot that will hold your hand, but it has potential to be extrememly powerful. Since I have not seen and update in over 6 weeks, I will probably wait before I sub again myself.
