I bought the same thing nothing was delivered to me. Only email I got is the the invoice paid but no download links or key. Tried contacting through discord and have ss of everything but like you said they were not responsive at all. Did they got back to you?
Update: Talked to the owner. Really nice person. Took care of the issue right away. I have not use the chair yet but I can already tell that this is a good product.
Update 2: Private and external both not working. I tried every single option and instruction they gave me and its not working. Admin is trying though which is a plus but other than that I have not been able to use the chair since I bought it. Will change this comment once I try or the chair works. I can't really do a review unless I tried the product.
