Edit: First of all you are going to need the pk2 tools by pushedx:
The hitcount numbers (+ block, critical and resist) are located in the media.pk2 under interface/hitcount. You have to extract them -> convert to dds (search for dds/ddj converter) -> modify them with image editor how you want, convert back to ddj -> import them.
