1. Download retail.
2. Downgrade the spec_item to your format.
3. Move the models.
4. Copy paste from spec_item, defineItem.h, mdlDyna.inc, propItem.txt.txt
5. Test and profit.

This is very common sense like and i'm sure there are plenty of guides on how to add items correctly.

Although it might be your internet.
