WorldDialogROC has been added to the mega folder.

It contains the old German dll and txt that should work for v17. It's not translated, nor am i going to bother translating it. If someone wishes to translate it and supply it then ill add it to the folder. Also in the folder is an upgraded copy of the source for the dll to.

updater.exe stays in the client not on a website lol.

Thanks i fixed it , and other thing , what are the ports for it ? because my friends are stuck on channel select

i add 5400 , 2800 , 2300 , 15400 , the problem is because i need to edit neuz.exe with resource hacker or what ?
