Your better off rewriting this using HasBuff(BUFF_ITEM2 and not using the database. This is the start of it, i'm sure after u search you'll see what needs to be done. If you need an example of an item for the prop/spec u can easily use or trace II_SYS_SYS_SCR_PARTYSKILLUP01
