In case you are from Asia you might need a VPN to be able to connect to the server. Try that.

It says could not start update. Make sure ASUT.exe is in this folder but then it will start after i click ok. is it safe to use this?

@_tokoroki_x most of the hacks are flagged by most if not all antivirus as malicious software. and yes it is safe to use.

what should i do with the 'cannot start update. make sure asut.exe is in folder' thing ?

Try to use a VPN. It might be that your ISP has routing issues and you can not reach the server.

It depends on the AntiCheat Software but there should not be an issue using it in combination with other games.
