But I seen many players in PH server has a way on how this thing works and they don't run out of RPS tickets. They are selling it 20M penya per piece.

No we don't, there is a funny way to get this bug back to life, and yes it seems as they have fixed last method.
Btw what happens if you try to use that exploit in old way?
Window to trade Sun->coupon should appear as always, only the trade option doesn't work as it should.
But... there is an always "but" 
Going to make a post later, as soon I gonna buy all items which I desire to transform them into coupons!

If King Thorn ask's you which weapon you would choose to defeat him's, always choose Scissors, I was taking the Event at 13 and 16 O'Clock and he always had Paper.
This only counts for today, cuz tomorrow theres no halloween anymore.
