Those skills arent helping you, Muslce Memory is fast but it's MUCH worst than Maker's Mark for 2* and up.
Drop Muscle memory + reclaim and grab MaMa + FS.
If Im on your server I can craft you full carbonweave if you give me the mats .

It served its purpose I made enough gils and now i'm in the process of crafting the Ironwork full set (just need to find the specialists).
That gear was all i had when i moved from a server to another and had to rely on that to get back on my feet
Also, i can already craft 2* by myself, i could just craft those and more on, but there's no need considering i already have Belt, Boots, Earrings and 2x rings ready off the ironworks gear
....aaaaaaand it's done. Full IW. Now off to melding to meet the 850 Craftmanship requirement

ACME Bot
Hey,
I want to thank you for the crafting bot. It has helped me w/ lvling my crafters. I am just wondering if the ACME Bot will work on Balmung server any time soon or if it will remain off limits.

Ok i discovered a peculiar bug throwing out an exception and making the program explode xD
If the bot is executing a queue and anyone trades u in between the class changing phase, it goes BOOM. And yeah, u lose the queue xD

I'll see what I can do, sadly it's probably gonna have a limitation such as no 3* crafting.
You can still use ACME to figure out what you need to craft, check your retainers etc for now.

Just put on busy! Did you read what exception you get?

Nope, didn't think it was necessary so i didn't note it up...
Also i noticed while checking the queue, that it's not counting the materials you put in the queue.
Eg.
If i wanna craft a Carbonweave Hat of Crafting and i have anything BUT the Cloud cloth in my inv, it will tell me that i'm missing "Cloud Cloth 1" right under the queue. If i add a craft for Cloud Cloth and move it ABOVE the Carbonweave
craft it should count the Cloud Cloth it's gonna craft BEFORE that Carbonweave.
I think that might be a nice addition, as much as "colors" for crafts in the queue:
- Green (If you have all of the materials required)
- Yellow (if you don't have all of the materials, BUT they're placed ABOVE this yellow craft in the queue)
- REd (if you're missing any material and you forgot to place it in the queue or above this red craft)
That's just an idea tho

You describe how the bot worked a few weeks ago, the problem with that behaviour is some times you want the MATERIALS HQ and an ITEM, this usually happens when you're crafting leve's, with that behaviour you'd have to add extra mats once the bot was done adding the materials for what you wanted, if I saved a queue for letatherworker leve's for example I'd have to re-add raptor leather because it'd burn through the raptor leather's I was intending to turn in, not sure if you understand.
The current behaviour is a lot more clear, add the items you want the bot to have on the inventory once the queue is done, then just use the bot's function to add mats, never add submaterials yourself let the bot do it, way easier anyway.
For the color idea we only need 1 more color trully, the way to use the bot is always add what you want then smash HQ or NQ, the new color(maybe a tag) would just say in what item the bot would get stuck, and how many of that item you can craft, so you can adjust, would be useful for when you clean out a certain mat on the AH and you need to trim your queue.

Erm... couldn't understand O_o
What i am saying is... The bot is already telling me what i am missing to launch the craft. Just it's not counting the previous crafts as materials for the primary craft.
Ok, i'll make an example making it way easier...
If i wanna craft a High Mythrite Pein Hammer i will need a Wolfram Ingot. Assuming i have NO wolfram ingots in my inventory i'll need that too and ofc the bot tells me (right under the queue window) that i am missing "Wolfram Ingot 1". Now, imagine i place Wolfram ingot BEFORE the High Mythrite Pein Hammer in the bot queue. Considering i'm gonna craft the Wolfram ingot BEFORE the hammer, that wolfram ingot should count toward the amount of materials required to craft the pein hammer.
In cases there are multiple "precrafts" using the same base materials you'll still get the msg you're missing something.
So with an inventory full of PRIMARY materials a queue like
Code:
Luminous Fibers 1
High Mythrite Ingot 3
Treated Camphorwood Lumber 1
Wolfram Ingot 1
Gold Ingot 1
High Mythrite Pein Hammer 1
should give NO missing materials - assuming i have ALL of the required sub materials to craft Fibers (and if i am spec!), Ingots (all 3+1+1) and Lumber.
The color thing is something that would only go with something like what i tried to explain (failing) XD

You're supposed to hit Add missing craftable materials NQ or HQ, not add submats yourself, the things you add yourself are the things you want the bot to have once the queue is all done, so it's correctly saying you're missing 1 wolfram ingot, because you want that on your inventory + the hammer.
It used to work how you described, but it'd bug out when you wanted a material you wanted + an item that used that material.
There's no point in adding submaterials yourself the bot does that for you with a click, it will also factor your inventory and your retainers(if checked).

Oh ok got it now xD
Funny how i didn't notice those 2 buttons on the lowest left were to "fill in" the craftables needed to make the program consider them... I was manually adding them on top of the list xDDDDDD
/em noobs around

Yea the UI is a bit confusing someone should make a video explaining it!
One day!
Also, bot is probably breaking on the hotfix tomorrow.

Not THAT confusing...
It could use some more graphics (being an FFXIV bot it might as well use FFXIV graphics for, naming some, HQ or Collectable) and possibly a general "categorizing".
To name a couple of "graphical" improvement:
- "Options" becomes "Shortcuts"
- "FFXIV Target Process" becomes "Working on [dropdown]" where...
- ...[dropdown] only contains a format like "DXx - Name" so it's easier to find out but yet doesn't add too many infos on the dropdown
- "Lock" button closer to the process, as right now it looks like a completely separated item
- I'd move Quantity BEFORE the actual recipe selection to graphically remember ppl to first set the amount and only after the recipe (yeah u can still modify the quantity later from the button, but... meh)
- HQ, collectable, delineation and HQ mats should be on a line right above the quantity and recipes to graphically remember u to set up options BEFORE u actually place quantity and recipe
- Make the "move up\down" arrow smaller or less deformed
Those are just graphical improvement that have nothing to do with bot functionality that is, as i said multiple times, a flawless jewel. It happened to me for the first time, a couple of hours ago, to see the bot autorepairing a damaged tool. I laughed at it like an idiot, considering i tend to keep my tools\weapons\gear always topped repairing whenever i can... This means i crafted an uncountable amount of items xD already got 8 crafting achievement regarding the amount of stuff crafted in the last week, just saying xD

Some great ideas, I'll implement some of them, and a couple of bug fixes for next version (prob after hotfix).
