We really apologize for the inconvenience, we have got news about few players being banned even in offline, we are working on an update as we speak. and from the data of users banned almost all of them have played over 65+ games in less than 24 hours, so i'd suggest people to use multiple fifa accounts and play 35 games in each account instead of playing 70 Games in one account.

This seems to be happening a lot with this bot. its fine saying we are aware there is an issue and we will fix but people have lost their accounts and yours in the most expensive trainer on the market, Persoanlly after first banned account i stay away from yours and use another one but guys without bans, Always stay within 7 games per hour (spaced out to 1 ever 8 mins max, and never ever play more than 60 games per day, this has worked fine for me since Sept, also one last thing never use the bot after any update make sure you check the forum or site of where ever you got the trainer from to ensure there is an update or if the dev has advised its still ok to use.

Just to mention one thing more. There is no way that i played 60 or more games after first warning, so that advice about 35 games is not safe, imo.
Another thing: after i made complain here, mikeyaxe hurried to reply trying to minorize damage for his "business"... but on email i got NOTHING. I will never ever buy anything from you again, not only because i lost my account, its about your hypocrite attitude regarding your "customers".
