@ bought from your website as you recommended and I got a license key that is not working, it says "license key is bound to another device", also, in the Discord there are quite a few threads with the same issue in the support section that aren't getting answered so I figured my best bet is to try to contact you here

My opinion about this product: The product itself: 4/5 – it works and is as described. The problems begin with the support and contact – which practically doesn’t exist. I didn’t get a single reply from the support ticket; you might get one if Alf graciously decides to respond. The code you receive doesn’t always work, and you have to contact Alf directly. Tickets/threads with questions remain open, and to this day no one has responded. Maybe they resolved things privately, but nothing is posted on the forum.

Downloading the Launcher is a complete joke – files are hosted on “MEGA,” a popular file-hosting platform. The problem is that, for some unknown reason, access to the file is encrypted when it shouldn’t be. And here’s the best part: it took me two days to download it because support did absolutely nothing to help, only repeating the same mantra over and over: “create a MEGA account or use a different browser” because “there shouldn’t be any encryption set.” These are apparently the only two ways to bypass it — as if they couldn’t simply put the folder on Discord. But no, they “can’t” because you need Nitro, and instead of investing in Nitro to upload the file (it’s only 44 MB!), they’d rather spend all the money from sales and not care about customers.

When I finally managed to download the launcher after trying 10 different browsers and 3 different MEGA accounts, I discovered there are three different launchers to choose from. Another problem — the guide shows a completely different launcher with a different icon. The guide itself is outdated, probably for FIFA 24, chaotic, cut up, and patched together.

And here’s the kicker: if you magically manage to download this launcher, after entering your code you’ll get a message that the key is already assigned — and from what I’ve seen, around 80% of players have this problem. Communication, as I said, is extremely difficult because the only person who replies is Alf, and if he’s not around, you’re out of luck.

Another issue: no one knows if you can play after a FIFA client update. Neither mods nor admins inform you how long an update will take. The cheat currently doesn’t launch — probably because of the update EA released today (12.08.2025) — and no one knows what’s going on or how long it will take to fix. It’s simply frustrating that Alf and the rest of the team — God knows how many of them there are — couldn’t care less.

So, for me? Better to spend more money somewhere else. I do not recommend buying this product. Maybe if the Discord moderation changes their attitude and approaches customer support more professionally, this might be worth it. For now, it’s just a mess — and all that comes out of it is garbage.

Do you need to be pro clubs captain for the functions to work? And does sliders work for pro clubs aswell?

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. The website and discord is designed to be fully automatic with guides as well. For the downlink link it’s mentioned under setup cheat to make a MEGA account or use different browser if issues with your current browser arise. The discord offers support ticket function as well and we will reply as fast as possible. We thought about increasing prices and then having 24/7h moderation on the discord, but decided against it and decided we want to offer cheapest price in the market with self guides and then if there are still issues members can also use the general chat function from other users for help & experience sharing while they wait till the ticket is processed.
