Ok I'm good, Front.bin and Restaurant.bin are working for me (other not) I had a problem with the HTTPS decryption part .

4. login FB open RC16
5. GO fiddler and ctrl + f
6. Find the ingredient.bin
7. click on the yellow line ( i think) then add rule

when click on the yellow line and add the rule, on your right side box the code or whatever it call will appear like the one in yellow line, click on it.
Then go to rule editor below it. choose the last box and click on find a file.

8. choose the .bin file that have the exactly the same name. (eg. the step 6 if you were to choose ingredient.bin then find the modifed ingredient.bin of it.

9. After you selected click on save.

9.1 You can do the step 5 again if you want to add another rules

10. Refresh the RC16 page. and DONE!

PS. In the fiddler after you refresh the page try and see if there is any gray color highlight on the .bin file. If there is/are then it's sure to work.

If were having the recipe.bin problem. Delete the history cache from chrome first. You don't have to delete the modified one in fiddler. After clear all cache.
Open FB page, login your acc, open RC16 game, go too fiddler and wait. Then you will see the .bin files appearing again. Now you can add it again . Then try refresh the page

thanks the restaurant.bin and recipe.bin work perfectly
i suggest if you want to use restaurant.bin, use your second account, buy item what you want and gift to your main account to avoid bann. I think don't buy ingredient continously because my third account get banned yesterday

1 Open Fiddler
2 Open Chrome
3 Clear cache google chrome
4 Drag .bin files to autoresponder
5 Open Restaurant city / express

you can find recipe.bin somewhere around here. You just have to click go back to a few page.
