I've located that now but I still can't figure out how you do it manually. I've opened the second flash plugin but where do I put those lots of code? Is it in the 'Value' field or the 'Start' and 'Stop' fields under Memory Scan Options? Or do I need to put it in a notepad file and change it to CT?
Usually I can get to grips with software but this one doesn't seem (to me) to be the most user-friendly!

Value field with the Hex check box on its left.
1. Scan Type > AoB (Array of Bytes)
2. Put the AoB on the value field
3. First Scan
4. Double click address on the left panel
5. Right click the one that appears on bottom panel
6. Change record > value
7. Replace the AoB. Click Ok
8. Speed hack??
8a. No. Voila! You're done.
8b. Yes! Check 'Enable speed hack' then move the slider to the right. (Getting past x5.0 makes the game glitchy so don't move the slider past x5.0)
