its normal way to if we use swf files than we can change the amount of xp we get but in ce we need to know howmuch xp you will gain if you upgrade that particular building than proceed in the way as we doing now

It doesn't matter, even if we were able to lower the exp gained, we would still get banned. Hell, we would get banned easier, can you imagine like a level 23 with max turrets, megas and all base ****? That would be hella easier to detect then say a level 30 with that stuff.

Go to WC Click turret /Set Turret Chose the turrent you want to set.
Save those metal and oil values. Convert it like the first exemple (convert to hex/separate/reverse/shape in 4 hex codes/merge both codes)
This time the build timer value will the be the next 4hex block

Like this:
