The Sims Social™ Cheat Tool here:

A tip from another web page:

1. Do the steps stated above but make sure your energy gain (using CE) reaches a maximum of 4 ONLY.
2. Spend the energy. (Paint, Play the guitar, Cook, etc.)
3. After spending all the speed-hacked energy, Visit a friends place then click back to your home. (According to that certain person, this will save your game thus saving all the simoleons you got from the 4 energy gained.)
4. Repeat.

CE's speed hack set at 10-15 for me. I also use 7 sometimes.

Oh btw, for those looking for hacks for Sims Social, DO NOT download from websites/links that use SURVEYS. They are faulty and have malware in it.
