i dont think its bannable , but its not permanent , as long as fiddler is on , you can be Premium User , if you close fiddler you become Free user again

it dont work for me, it blink 0,5sec hacks and then is normal shop.. where is error?

With premium you can only do missions, cant reset attribute points, cant change hairstyle, etc.
