Need Help!
This is my 1st time asking an questoion on here and I am not good with this tipe of network so here I go. I am trying to find out if there is some way that I can tran my chars Item Quality. {Like Refined to like Elite}
Also i'm sorry if i accidentally re posted some lost post hidden in the archives, I searched for anything close to this, but i didn't find anything regarding editing Item Quality.
