I'd recommend Apogee, it has a feature called item tagging where you can specifically "tag" items you are looking for so they stand out on your ESP (you can tag any item in Tarkov). Aside from that, their regular Item ESP includes Quest Items and is one of the most advanced. I have a showcase in my discord, but you can also pm me here and I'll send you the video.
