Satan5/Helite.cc is very good you need to apply and get accepted. Satan5 I believe is 100 euros a month. HM was UD for over a year but recently got detected. I used Yazzn recently and worked perfectly for me, and hear people are still using it and it's been working fine. It's 120 euros a month so a little bit outside your budget. Don't pay for spoofers, I'd honestly use Raid0 to counter BE bans is the cheapest long-term option. If your motherboard doesn't support RAID0 then I would recommend smbios for a battleye spoofer.

When you redo you Raid0, what do you name it? I haven't been banned yet since using DMA, but in the off chance I do get HWID banned, I want to know if keeping it Raid0 will be a safe option.

Tbh I’ve used depshop for a couple years now and they offer a variety of ****. As with all resellers they have had some bad stuff with bad devs before but usually their long term **** is deadass really good. If you want my recommendation from them it’s “alpha”

Try Ring-1.io, been using them for 2 months (raging / legit) and haven't been banned yet.
might be a little over your budget but it's worth it, trust me.
