Two things
1 is there any truth that manual waves hit every night at 2am est?
And 2
What could be triggering me getting daily manual bans when other do the same thing but are good for a week or at least a few days?

Been told by multiple people ips dont play a part in bans.

If you get ipban it hits within mins


What VPN would be good to actually play on?

You can't play on a VPN, you'll get server connection lost each time. EFT doesn't IP trace.

You're likely HWID flagged, or window key flagged, or both. I was experiencing something similar to you a while ago, where I would get banned overnight with no emails. I fully reformatted my PC, used a spoofer each time I played, and stopped playing on standard cis accounts and didn't have a problem after that

thanks, ill try this right now. will take a while to know if it worked. but ive been using kms guides or w/e to activate windows with the key it provided, never thought that could trigger bans like that. ive already formatted my drives before but im going to do it again just in case. if this works ill report backs, thanks for the suggestion.

also worth noting, i do get a ban message instantly.

If you're getting ban messages instantly, you're HWID banned. You'll need to clear your windows key (or reformat, which is what I do), and either Raid0 your drives or use a spoofer when you play.

YEP literally what i was doing. try no key or buy some cheap key for like $1 do not use a free key or a guide like that that was the cause for me using kms guides

Glad to hear you got it fixed. Also the second user you quoted was a troll who just copy pasted your response from above, which is why they are now banned.

Even though it's been a while since your post, I'd still like to state that this is only partially true. I've always successfully played with a VPN ever since I've bought Tarkov, not by choice that is. Since they're too lazy to implement IPV6 properly, I've had to resort to using VPN with a certain protocol in order to actually NOT get disconnected every few minutes with my real IP. I don't know if everybody else has those VPN issues, that's why I've said "partially true", but I've never had that problem at least and I still play with a VPN.

To not be completely off-topic, I'm not sure if BE still only bans your drives when they HWID ban you, which would make RAID0 useless. I've had this myself and once I got a new mobo + CPU, I was able to play again on the drives I've got HWID banned. I guess if you don't mind paying like 30€ per month, go for a spoofer if you want to be extra safe.

That is a pretty unique case that I haven't seen or heard of yet on Tarkov, but if it works then it works I believe most people just use standard VPN connections and protocols (i.e just connect to nord, express, etc.) and then try and sign in to Tarkov and play, hence why they get the server connection lost. But you've figured out a way around it so

EFT Doesn't ban IP -- yet. So don't worry about using a vpn.
Its either your hwid spoofer is really bad
either you are using exploits or detected features on your cheat
and last but not least you aren't cleaning your traces properly

Looks like your IP is flagged from BSG. I would recommend calling your ISP and asking them too change it. They dont ban IP but can flag it, is what I have learned after speaking to a few developpers.
