Developer(s) of Orion, Blue, and Simplex?

For a while now I've been looking for a quality public cheat and stumbled upon simplex. After finding simplex I've found it goes by many names depending on who is reselling it. This long list of resellers just buy from other resellers so does anyone know who the developer(s) is or who he supplies to directly? Any help is appreciated, I don't plan on reselling I am simply interested in getting closer to the middle of this reselling web.

I know one of the managers for simplex, they do not have there own market place they go through many resellers. they will not sell directly to you unless they know you or you are a reseller. If you wish to become a reseller for it though you can add me on discord @ LouisWest#5655 and i can get you in touch with the manger
