Sorry you had a bad experience, we usually comp people with time if they have trouble installing. I havent seen any tickets with an issue like this in a week. When was this? Also, did you explain your issue in the support ticket? If you just opened a ticket and didnt say anything, thats probably why we didnt respond

Can vouch that shmurdaware always comps people for lost days. I do find it a little odd that after days of it not working you still didn't just try to DM the devs or tag them in the public discord saying nobody has responded to your ticket and you still haven't been able to use the radar 3 days into your sub.

its ~10-15 days already since. i did explain everything i could within my range of knowledge. also you guys DID respond. several times. it just kinda gave me the feeling of you not kinda caring about one guy more or less managing to install it or not.

while i do know you guys have other stuff to do and working on supporting customers is not your top priority, i was kinda baffled seeing how after 3 days all your responses were just "did you try our in discord mentions troubleshootings - other problems do not exist" (obv. not an exact quote)

Ah okay, i was assuming it was in the last week. Almost all of our errors are fixed by three methods so we ask them first.

I know you are one of their staff, so I thought I would post my experience for people to see.


Setup guides are blunt and to the point, yes.

The radar is buggy af sometimes and needs updating. It's been this way since release.

At least a couple of the staff team have attitude and the admins ban for the smallest amount of criticism(saw a guy get banned for saying the 3D setting on the radar was "useless", which it absolutely is. He was banned about 30 minutes later for saying that). I wouldn't at all say the community is comfy if you can't express your opinions about he product without getting banned.

Text support is free but everything else requires a 10 EURO charge (not including the setup guides of course). This is what I was told by a customer and by YOU.

I have seem the livestream giveaways, they seem cool.

The quality of the radar is leaning towards being pretty bad, but it works. The search function very rarely works, and some of the maps can be completely inaccurate at times(labs is messed up, they said they are working on it. the player on the map can be in the wrong position where as everybody else is fine. I have this happen a couple times a day). My player on the radar will teleport into oblivion (my x-axis value is a very, very large number). I've have this happen at least once a day now which kind of sucks.

I have nothing against DamnCheaters and their staff and I have no bias, but I won't buy from them again. I really feel like there are better products out there, and better staff. I have a friend who is buying a radar very soon and I'm telling him personally to avoid DC.

2.You are always welcome, just make a fake account and join the discord. Ask me for setup service. Before you ask, please download Teamviewer. Because thats what I will ask for the free setup service. This is my new method of work

3.I think guys like you need to feel the eft-BAN of other providers (soon). But you are smart, you bought the radar of DC.

This doesn’t sound quite right, personally I have looked over the other radars and they look decent, and with all things still in beta there are expected to be bugs, it’s a fairly new radar and I’m sure it will be updated as time passes, personally I would be careful who you recommend your friend to tho, if bsg implements encryption a lot of these radars might go bust, I’ve been using DC radar for almost a month now, and yeah I’ve gotten some bugs , but I’ve also gotten some amazing kills and good times, and seeing as there pubg service is still online even after encryption, I took the safe bet that if you buy life time with these guys they will actually update there product, already had 2 buddys buy lifetime and I am about to aswell, I’m not so much paying for a good “atmosphere” but more a product that works and will be updated and that they provide.-dabthis-

Also look into your item filters to, one thing I will say is the search function is a bit buggy, but if you edit your own item filter you can put whatever you are lookin for into group 1, was a quick and easy fix for me

The guy was banned... how am I lying? I have logs to prove it. DC is known from other people for silencing criticism. It isn't like you guys are the only ones though, trust me.

No radar is going to get banned. You guys aren't do anything magic. I'm already using another radar (Clutch Solutions) and I'm having a much better experience with them. Their search function works flawlessly, their support is great as well as their coder, and all for a cheaper price. I've also heard talk that your cheat was cracked and is being resold by russians, lol. That also another downside of having the client do everything, even though it's the lowest latency.

As long as the coders aren't pasting their cheat, they will be able to get around encryption. If they implement it correctly, the process to get the encryption key carries risk.

I don't care if you pay for them. Their cheat is buggy right now and I've already got a couple friends to buy another cheat with my posts because of the experience I had with DamnCheaters. I just posted to give people a heads up to know what they're getting into.

This is incorrect. We have not ever and will never work with or be associated with damncheaters. We have been independent since the beginning
