Initial setup was a fast and clean process with zero setbacks.

Menu UI is clean and each setting is very intuitive when customising. Simple config creation too.

ESP/Aimbot are both great and feel great to play with, hardly any performance hits. Other Misc additions are a nice touch also.

Only 2 days into my 1 week purchase but already considering buying 3 months access.

Overall rating of EFT Kernaim would be a solid 9/10

I've been using this cheat for 3 days, and overall, it's solid. The aimbot is customizable, with smooth aiming options, hit selection, and legit settings that make it look natural. It locks on quickly and works well at both close and long range.

The ESP is detailed and reliable, showing player names, distances, health, loot,. It helps a lot but there should be corpses option too. The loot ESP is especially useful for finding rare items quickly.

I haven't experienced any crashes or ban yet, but I still recommend playing carefully and not full rage mode 🙂 .

Definitely one of the better cheats I've tried for Tarkov.

I’ve been using the cheat for a few days now and I’m honestly blown away by how smooth and reliable it is. Setup was straightforward, and everything worked right out of the box just one crash but it was on my end, no weird bugs. The features are intuitive and feel well-polished, especially the ESP

Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stable, option. and the extra 3 days just for sharing my thoughts is a nice bonus too!

I tested the cheese for a week and can say that it runs super smoothly. Now after my first week I wanted to look around and test a different cheese, but I stayed loyal to KERNAIM and extended it by a month. 9/10

Trying to get in contact with support but I'm unable. I'm having issues getting the loader going for some reason I get a VPN error and I can't correct it.

EDIT: Got it sorted via the FAQ on the instructions page. Working as intended will update with a review once my week sub is over.

EDIT#2: So far.. not impressed. The cheat runs very poorly on my pc and it is by no means a dinosaur. The esp is not accurately reflected onto neither players nor scavs when scoping in. My PC sounds like it’s running uphill everytime I play the game while using this product.


It’s not awful, but it feels poorly optimized. From all the seemingly positive reviews, I assumed it would be a dream to use.

Used kernaim as my first cheat for tarkov and it is too easy to control by far the best cheat i have seen in the market and the staff is too helpful and quick to help.

I set it at 108 distance

FOV set at 35

remove walking recoil on

velocity and bullet drop prediction on

Aimbot Always on

this gives you enough room to look around freely and when someone comes up close on you you get that lock on.

ESP: 10/10

i leave everything as default besides the distance of the containers and corpses I set to about 500-600 from 1000. This lets me know all players around me along with all items.
I turn on the quest locations & quest items.

Installation: 10/10

the installation is easy. No double computer needed. Just turn off Microsoft defender, firewall and core isolation. Download loader and compress into a Zip file. Move that zip file to a portable SSD.
once you open the launcher, input your key and it will take you to the inject button. Once you press start it takes about 1-2 min to inject. Once complete click OK and it will close the launcher. Unplug your SSD or Flash drive and right click on Tarkov launcher shortcut select open (NOT Run as Admin) click launch game and while loading in the menu should pop up.


Help section:

if the menu doesn’t pop up after a few minutes you can retry the process and it usually fixes itself. If it doesn’t you might need to reset your pc and make sure you turn off Microsoft real time defender again. If all else fails before pressing start to inject tap F1 and it will put you in compatibility mode & you can inject like that.


I noticed that if I try and mess with the cheat menu before loading into a raid it will cause me to crash so it’s best to mess with the menu once loaded into to make sure you don’t run into any problems. Also don’t turn off the status info in the top left corner it seems to make the program bug out at times.

Security: 10/10 I feel like Kernaim is one of the most trusted sources for cheats and will continue to be a part of the community.

I’ve used this kernaim cheat on both DayZ and Escape from Tarkov, and overall, I’m impressed. Most of the features I tried worked flawlessly ESP, loot filters, and other quality-of-life tools. Everything felt responsive and good optimized.
The support team responds quickly whenever I have an issue with the cheat.

One thing I haven’t tested is the aimbot. It’s probably great, but I personally avoided it since I feel it’s the riskiest feature when it comes to getting banned. For me, ESP and other non-aggressive tools are already enough to improve my experience without drawing too much attention.

The main drawback is stability. The cheat can sometimes crash if you alt-tab or use overlay displays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA, etc.). It’s not a constant issue, but it happens often enough to be annoying if you multitask while gaming.

Overall, if you stick to the safer features, it’s a solid tool just be aware of the stability quirks.
