In fact a kernel driver is what got the DC boys detected. Sure your driver may be undetected right now, but for a public cheat it's only a matter of time.

I'm not saying your product is crap, I'm sure it's good, but DMA is the future right now in terms of flying under the radar from AC (pun intended).
