Works perfectly fine on most games by the way.
I've tested / used it on EFT, ArmA 3, DayZ SA well and PUBG
On Escape From Tarkov it is like amazing tho.
I use it to "lag" from cover to cover until I see an enemy and then activate lag - peek and kill him :-P
That way my enemy isn't even able to spot me.
Item DUPE theories need to be tested with a second player.
E.g. both look at the same item and try to pick it up the same time while one lagswitches? or both?
Idk but a lot is handled from the game-client (like it was in Arma 3) and there was a lot of bugs to dupe items.
I guess it is doable and if you figure out how it will make a lot of ₽₽₽
The coder is a very handsome if not sexy dude, I can only recommend (well and him!)

I meant if its work with a key, like, holding mouse1 will toggle on/off

On the screenshot it is currently set (default) to mouse wheel click
On Escape From Tarkov I would use the "LAG WHOLE NETWORK" function, cause their anticheese is fairly annoying and a lot of other lag switches are detected.
So better lag it all then game-specific
