in fact MSG would work fine if cq_maps isnt working and wont work if cq_action is not working .
same as MSG maps folder . [NOTHING TO DO WITH CLIENT]

get cq_maps.d , and others from another db and try the server if it worked then use ur back up

Itis not db site not cq-action not cq-map and what proves that is! i have installed 3 different dbs on my vps to test them ... my own db , revo , mannequin , and a working db from my pc ... but they all get that error on the vps and working fine on the pc ...
plus told me that he got the same problem before and he solved it by changing the vps OS from windows 2003 to 2008 ... iam using windows 2003 on the vps so i think that might be the problem well gonna give it a try!

I beleive it is your Operating System ... I was getting the exact same error before when I first tried 1&1 hosting but apparently the server programs weren't all compatible with it Windows Server XXXX. There is probably a fix for it all I can do is wish you luck on the long excruciating fix. If in the end you cannot get it to work try dehost ... they have been the best for me.
