Double check your edits and your mysql user list because your user/host/password combination is not being accepted by the mysql server. Thus the "Access is denied" part.

mysql database, user table. Most GUIs (like Navicat) have an interface for it as well.

Run this in mysql

grant all privileges on *.* to '[User]'@'[IPaddy]' IDENTIFIED BY '[Pass]';

Where [User] is a username, [IPaddy] is the ip address of your webserver, and [Pass] is a password. Edit the same username and password in your config.php.

i just ran that in navicat and checked my config.php and everythings right but im still getting that error on the site btw if you want to take a look its eoserver.99k.org
