Very impactful patch ahead! A lot of bigger changes are ahead that will improve the overall QoL on the server especially when it comes to dailies. Boss Rush is finally here and you can fight almost all bosses ranging from Farrell to Elga all in a row and without cutscenes. Chaos VanCliff's dungeons are shortened to have direct access to the boss portals (requires key). Alternatively, you can also access the dungeons normally to enjoy the nostalgia. Let's get to it.
Boss Rush
Boss rush is a new gameplay mode that let's you fight bosses from Farrell to Elga. You can currently choose between three modes, two of which are already accessible. Mode 1 grants solo rewards through the new drop system and party rewards when defeating Elga. You can run mode 1 with other people, but only one person receives rewards until Elga's reward screen. Mode 2 grants rewards to everyone by beating the bosses but bosses have significantly higher HPs. Mode 3 is the same as mode 2, however, it requires a key/ticket to enter. This ticket is not yet available. The mode will reward higher rarity items. Boss Rush bosses do not count towards your bounty board quests (character). However, beating Elga will grant a progression point on the Elga Weapon Pity quest. Boss Rush has also been added a source of points for the daily account quests/rested quests.
Rewards for beating the bosses include:

Weapon & Armor Enchant dust
Lv. 6/7 1* Socket hammers (for Paris and Elga)
End loot includes:

Socket Hammers
SoulCraft Option plus stones
SoulCraft Expander Insurances
3x EXP Potions (rare)
4x EXP Potions (rare)
Daily Account Quest Resting System
So far, if you didn't have time on one day or didn't feel like doing your dailies, you were out of luck. A new item has been created that acts as a requirement for a character bound daily quest so you can run your dailies on another day. An instant completion quest has been implemented that rewards a Daily Account Quest Ticket and disables your daily account quests. The bulletin board where all these quests are located have character bound rested daily quests that you can do alongside your normal account daily quests.
Chaos VanCliff Access
Chaos VanCliff had a lot of design issues that stemmed from it's original version:
It does not require anybody other than the lead to run the dungeon
Running an individual dungeon takes quite a while
Some dungeons can be difficult to traverse and sometimes lead to a softlock
The bosses have some difficulty, making it punishing when going in solo and failing and then having to re-run the dungeon.
With the original system, running 1x bone would require every other dungeon before that to be run once, which takes some time too
Running bone's part of the dungeon is 2 dungeons by itself. 1) and 2) apply there again
Because of this, I have chosen to split the bosses entirely from the dungeons. You can still run the dungeons if you would like, but you can directly access the bosses through the Chaos VanCliff lobby.
While the points above are significant, a few important changes have happened somewhere else as well.
Character Progression, Bounty Quests & using mats on account
If you have read the guide or known about this trick, you were able to significantly boost your alts by putting your boss weapons before equipping them into your account vault and then enchant and soul craft it on your other characters, effectively enabling you to get the weapon to any strength you want before equipping it with your alt. While this isn't fundamentally bad, it comes with a few caveats. Character bound bounty quests can be done on every character. However, since this weapon sharing is possible AND scrolls tend to stack up on characters which have already enchanted their primary weapon, it becomes almost like a must to do dailies on every character to play "effectively". This isn't something I want so multiple changes have happened. I didn't want to remove the weapon share entirely just because it's convenient to start new characters with, but for the higher tier weapons (Elga and Chaos Bone), they will not be account vault-able anymore. Bounty quests have also been adjusted. They should feel rewarding and worth doing on alts if you wish to progress that specific character. How much you play is up to you.
Increased Bounty Token count for daily account quests.
Removed Bounty Tokens as reward from normal bounty quests.
Increased Enchant Scrolls rewarded by normal bounty quests.
Added Enchant Scrolls to Chaos Tier normal bounty quests.
Elga weapons and Chaos Bone weapons cannot be account vaulted anymore.
Increased gold for some normal bounty quests
General
Disabled Party breakin for superground dungeons (Bone, Paris, Boss Rush).
Removed the B11 scroll from Veron in Chaos VanCliff Lobby.
Fixed HP/MP Eternity potions which are given to new characters.
Increased stack count for Misc production items to 9999 from 999.
Element Accessory is tradable again.
Fixed a bug where chaos bounty quests were only available Lv. 80+ when the requirement quests were changed to be Lv. 75+
Fixed a bug where rare mode paris would not drop some mats through the new drop system.
Added an exchange option to Gacha Vending Machine for 5x [Event] Enchant Insurance Scrolls -> 1x [Event] Reinforced Enchant Insurance Scroll.
Decreased Chaos Bone Dragon's ATK & HP.
