here it is !!!
1: PUT YOUR DISC
2: Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages and the click on "Install files for East Asian Languages" it will pop up a window wich will tell you that you'll need 230 mb free disc space and you just have to click ok , and then reboot pc

I have a small problem. I downloaded the Malaysian (Chinese) version provided by the creator of the Private server, and my download became corrupted when it was almost done. Everything was successfully downloaded except for the data folder which contains UI.dat, Char.dat and etc. I was just wondering if someone could help me by providing me the Data folder trough Mediafire or any other...host. All help appreciated, thanks!

Lol, it's not hard at all.
If I where you people, I would forget about hacking. Aren't we cheating enough with EXP x10/5? I think it is really fun, and even though you may not understand other people's Chinese, you can still fight together! I went in an BAM, met 2 people who helped me.

So, Its not hard AT ALL. -_-

Solution: Insert the Windows XP. Wait a bit. Control Center -> Date-, Time, language- , regional options. -> Add Language -> Tick 'Install data for ost asiat blabla'. Let it Install. Reboot.
