Yeah that's the main problem , LAGS !! If you want to get less lagging download advanced sytem care , it will decrease your ping by 5~10ms and that's extremly awesome.

Yeah it will delete useless processus and that will improve your connection speed a little bit.

Well that , I don't know. xD Maybe the owner of that server doesn't have good root to perform server with less laggs. If you got huge lag spikes. I recommand to change server !
