How do you know if you got session banned or not? My DragonCity won't load, I'm guessing that means I'm banned for 30 minutes?

That is correct. If you can't load (shows the empty loading for me) then it means that you can't get on it for 30 minutes.

This is for Chrome.
1. Load the game regularly.
2. Right Click a region that is slightly above the top frame of the game.
3. Select "View Frame Source".
4. CTRL + F for "SessionID"
5. Then copy and paste that value there.
