Will there be a prompt when the software is updated? Where will the prompt appear? Is there a prompt on the webpage where the software is purchased?

This review is not intended to tarnish anyone’s reputation, but rather to alert people who may consider purchasing this (or any similar) software.

At first, the support team on Discord seemed helpful with minor issues, and everything appeared fine. The problems began when I was asked to install additional software, disable several Windows security settings, and perform multiple reboots. On top of that, they suggested running the software from a USB drive “for extra security,” which also required yet another reboot.

After 4-5 reboots, the software still didn’t work. Every time I asked for help, the response was “read the manual,” which I had already done at least 10 times. The menu simply wouldn’t open. After 2 more reboots, following advice from another admin, the menu appeared while I was in the lobby, but it never worked in-game. Additionally, the ESP feature never functioned.

A friend who purchased the software at the same time experienced the same issues. He managed to get the ESP working for a few moments, but it quickly stopped functioning.

In the end, I requested a refund of just €5. This entire process took about 30 minutes after purchase, meaning I never even had the chance to use the software properly. When I requested a refund, I was told, “we don’t refund working products,” even though it clearly never worked. They argued I could have tested it for an hour and then decided I didn’t like it, despite the fact that I had been interacting with them on Discord for 30 minutes and it had never functioned.

This post is not about €5. It’s about the dishonest, manipulative, and deceitful behavior. I cannot tolerate this type of conduct. The effort, time, and patience required are simply not worth it. While some may take advantage of others, it is unfortunate that this type of behavior is increasingly common in this community.

Finally, after deleting all files, I had to reinstall my graphics card and network drivers and remove several registry entries. I come from a time when a simple little program could do everything and I didn’t have to install third-party apps, remove other software, or disable Windows functions. Right now, I’m spending more time cleaning up the mess this software dumped on my PC than actually trying to make it work.

I have logs of everything: firewall, antivirus, Windows, and even the Discord conversations with them. If anyone wants me to share these, I can provide them.


** UPDATE
After the incident, I initiated a dispute with both my bank and the payment platform they used (Stripe), claiming that I had been scammed. I provided all the evidence I had collected, including chat logs and technical records, and received a full refund of the amount paid. Once again, I have all documentation stored, but I am not sure if it is appropriate to share it publicly here.

I think you missed couple of things from our conversation in your "detailed" story.

Firstly the software works and everyone in the discord group who purchased can agree to that.

Couple of minutes after you injected you claimed that it stopped working. After that you requested a refund. I tried to help you and find the issue. You didnt give me a chance to help you and you didnt listen to what i am saying, you just kept repeating that "its not working". I agreed after all to give you a refund. The only simple thing that i required is that you either take a photo or video that the esp is not showing or something else is not working. You DID NONE of this.

Everyone that i have given a refund provide either a picture or a video that the software is simply not working or have issue on their system. I gladly refund the people and everyone continue with their life.

I require a proof since everyone can come buy the product, test it for 1 hour and request a refund saying that "its not working". Its simply to protect my business and other people which use the products.

So if you did what i required from you, which in my opinion is not that hard to do. You would have received the full 5$.

Anyway i quote you "But please, don't start saying I'm a liar on elitepvp". Meanwhile you wrote a review which is half wrong and fully opposite of what happened.

I’m attaching several screenshots that clearly support what I stated in my original review.
They include:
  1. Users complaining the software does not work.
  2. Users reporting bans (even without actually using the cheat).
  3. Your own messages stating you could only fix or investigate the issue after the 23rd, and when asked if time would be compensated, you replied “no” because “the software is not down”, even though it was not functioning for some users.

You could have attached the full conversation we had, but you didn’t. For transparency, I am attaching the complete chat logs here.

What I wrote reflects exactly the process and the way you handled the situation. You specifically mentioned that I asked you not to lie on Elitepvp, yet you accuse me of lying, when in fact I only shared factual evidence.

You also deleted all ticket channels I had with you and banned me from the Discord, which effectively removed the chat logs, including the complaints from other users.

I’m not trying to gain anything from this or damage your business. I simply do not appreciate having my words twisted or the facts misrepresented.

First proof screenshots are from today and its for wegame. I highly doubt that you play on wegame today with my product. Since your case was days ago and the wegame version was updated today.

This thread is meant for people to share their opinions and reviews, provided they have actually bought or tested the software. These messages reflect my experience as a “customer,” even if it was brief, so I think I have every right to write here, especially when someone is trying so hard to twist my words into something they clearly are not.

This will be my last message, as I have no intention of continuing an argument with someone who clearly has no arguments and seems to realize they are being confronted and exposed.


Just to clarify: it wasn’t only on WeGame. It was on Steam Global, Steam CN, and yes, WeGame (even though you don’t officially support it).
All of this is clearly shown in the screenshots, where users are reporting exactly that.

Yes, these messages are from today and yesterday, right when everyone started reporting the same issues I did, saying it doesn’t work.
Some even asked if you were going to compensate them… and, surprise surprise, you said no.

Perhaps you’ve forgotten, but my case was on the 13th, less than two days ago (not some distant past)

I know you “tried to help,” and I never denied that. But help was only attempted up to a certain point. From the moment I requested a refund because the software simply did not work, you refused to provide one. Don’t claim otherwise, because that is clearly disproven by the screenshots, everyone can see it. (I noticed you edited your post above claiming you agreed to refund me… which is absolutely hilarious. Not only does it make zero sense to edit your post after my reply, but it’s even funnier to add something that isn’t true… and, once again, everything is right there in the screenshots.)

Also, your claim that I refused your “refund procedure” is misleading. The screenshots show exactly what happened: I followed your instructions to the letter, and still the software did not function. Your so-called “refund offer” was never actually offered, it was conditional on me providing videos that were impossible to produce because the product was non-functional from the start.

It’s curious how you emphasize “trying to help” and “cutting irrelevant parts” while conveniently ignoring the parts that actually show the software failing, users getting banned, and multiple complaints about it not working across platforms. That part seems… inconvenient.

I have no intention of denigrating your business. I am only highlighting facts and the actual sequence of events. Ironically, the more you try to claim “truth” while disregarding evidence, the clearer the screenshots become.

So, this is my final word. I’m not exaggerating, I’m not twisting words, and I will not continue repeating what is plainly visible.
The screenshots speak for themselves.

PS: Not sure if you noticed, but I actually got the refund after escalating the issue with my bank and Stripe. I provided all the evidence, and they returned the full amount plus fees.

There is no point to continue saying the same thing and right now starting to lie just to prove me wrong, people are going to see the screenshots and decide for themselves.

You need to learn how ACE is working, there is a difference between manual ban and detection.

You provide 5 pictures of what we see only CN version(chinese version of the game, wegame) has problems like you said i am not officially supporting it which means the main version is completely fine. All others pictures are random chat(good job for "exposing )".

I am sorry that it was very hard for you to take a picture or a video of how the software is "not working".
