it doesn't show the % in the packet, cause all you sending is whether your using a talis or not, your not sending +18%. cause server will get that info then make up the total % then send you whether you success or fail. like andrew showed if talis is being used you send 01 flag if you aren't then 00 flag.

As u can see theres a flag in the packet at the end of the packet (flag 00/01).
00 - means with no talis.
01 - means with talis.

Rest of the packet data is the type of ur item and some checks.
