Got it working.

But characters have an inventory problem and can't receive items.

All characters start with no items.

Do you know what might be causing the issue?

it looks like your cast server have problem to connect with MSSQL server.
1) probably TCP/IP is not turn on on MSSQL server side.
2) incorrect login and password in config.ini on cast server side.
3) broken database (not restored properly)

2.last thing i dont have try login and password in config i dont know where can i create that login and password i use the default only "sa'

are you sure that cast ans session not crash? if yes that mean these two servers unable to connect with mssql or login and pass to MSSQL are incorrect or account what you use don't have access to proper database.

Session and cast always crash i dont know why? i use OBDC login and password in cast and session but it always error

like i tell you don't have full installation of SQL there is to much things missing.
the configuration with IP is totally mess.

Ok problem fixed Cast start working and session as well. Because MSSQL can't get correct config on TCP/IP (the problem with that is this that all of MSSQL need SP 1 or SP 2)

my advice:

1) make sure your PC -> Laptop -> Server have minimum 4GB of ram (if your PC or laptop dont have more then 4GB ram for run Server all what you must do is increase size of Pagefile ()
2) If you want run server exe make sure that your Windows is not corrupted (no viruses malware and your registry in system are clean)
3) go to share folder (on server side and check csv files that they are ok.)
4) check all configuration files in dekaron server side. and not only check for cast, session, account gate app, login server, and all where you must insert (login and password to MSSQL)
5) make sure that your MSSQL have enable TCP/IP and working on proper port (1433)
6) Firewall have permission to connect Accountgate, Cast, Session, loginserver Dekaron and all other as Privet.
Important if you set server for test or development you no need forward any port on your router to your internal IP (these one what your PC, laptop getting from DHCP)
All ways remember never open port for cast, session, SQL Server, MySQL. If you want play with friends open port only for Login 7880, game server 50005 and arena server 60006. but these port you can change in config on dekaron server side.
