ANY LONGTERM SERVERS WITH 100% WORKING CLIENT?

when i say 100% working client i mean
+131 skills and transup
+145 maps and weaps
+deadrfront (if its a low exp rate server)
+all the crafting working and items dropping ect...
+all the game items are available from mob drops ect...

i dont care about the exp rate or drop rate

i am just looking for a fully working longterm and dedicated 2moons/dekaron server with a 100% working client
