this db contains all the characters and stuff, but doesn't contain any accounts.
remember: you need to set-up the reg-page in order to create an account and to play on your own server

hello ladys.
well, i spent my whole weekend working on the serverfiles compatibility with an english gameclient!
and guess what... i made it

you just need 2 things: the serverfiles and the apropriate english gameclient.



here are the fixed and modified serverfiles.(Difference A6)


here's the web-registration files:

web files config:
open your config.inc.php.


then open register.php

don't forget to create a system dns odbc driver linked to "account" database

here the php administration tools:
do the same things on the single php files as you made on the registration.

here the Difference Action 6 client:

well.. the same as the ones in this video:

a video-step-by-step-clicktutorial will be added later...

known bugs:
- hatching an egg from the D-Shop is not possible;
- it's not possible to insert pots in slots F4, F5 and F6
(dunno if the same problem exists on 2moons/Dekaron)
- Transparency of the map doesn't work
- Npc-Search on the map doesn't work
(but hey, you just need to put your mouse over the npc-points on the map)



changing XP/DROP/ETC ratios:
1-edit the values in the "share" folder of the server folder (for example "server/share/formula.ini").
2- make sure you edit the same stuff on the dekaron-p.server client



future plans:
-fixing bugs
- adding even more stuff in the d-shop (like argates etc)

omg ich kenne silkbotter nicht gut, aber ey das geht zu weit!

1: die mutter läst man ganz raus zeig mal ein bischen RESPEKT du kind
2: die freundin hatt damit nichts zutun dan lass die aus dem spiel
3: das ist schon ein bissi link das ihr silk schuften lässt und den dan rauschmeißt wen alles workt
4: ich denke mal das silk doppel soviel IQ hatt als du ^.^
5: ist das deine angelegenheit?! nein?! dan geh in deine ecke und halte deine..
6: yoa du hast recht! der server ist night, ja das bezweifelt auch keiner und stelt keiner in frage denoch sind es Silk's serverdaten ohne die kommt ihr auch nicht weit
7: ohne Silk gebe es so gut wie keinen server außer halt die großen wie eXtreme etc (eu und die anderen sind natürlich ausgeschlossen die gebe es ohnehin)
8: du hast bestimmt kein plan von nichts und bist bestimmt nichtmal in der lage eine homepage vorlage auf einen ftp zu setzen XD
9: du bläst dich ganz schön auf was denkst du wer du bist?
10: ich weiß was vorgefallen ist und auch alle einzelheiten denoch rechtfertigt es nicht sowas abzuziehen, auch wen Silk wie ich gehört habe schlecht mit nightwish umgegangen ist, man kindas darüber kann man wie zivielisierte menschen darüber reden.

Are you using same computer to login?

and are you using a virtual machine?

do you get any error while opening server?

Maybe you have wrong ip if your using a virtual machine to run server you need a router with bridged connection, NAT won't work and if your using a router you need to port forward

" could you explain what to do wqith it?

The client your using dont match your server file... with the Difference client silkbotter uplaoded it should work fine

Let me explain it over again so lets say we set it up al fine, everything works, server loades up, the ips are changed... we use 127.0.0.1 as we need to check on local if that server actualy works first, then we will think about outside ips.

However, when we connect to the game with dekaron.exe, we connect succesfully, we choose character, and then when we try to start the game it says "client does not mach".

ps. we are using difference client, the one from this topic (11links from rapidshare),

we tried to change the ips in data.pak, as we heard that might be it, so we searched for the ip which is mentioned in answers before (192.168.5.007), but its not there... (with hexedit of course), we also tried to find that ips manually, but we cant see any ips there.

What is more, that client we took fromt hat topic looks different than the one u were showing screens before, we dont have pconnect... we have just a normal exe in Dekaron Difference\bin.

any ideas?

ps. we are planning to run a long term server with xp like, so I think its worth helping us if u like that game of course.

We had some servers before, now the time to change the game has come^^

Ok so you have the good client but not the good server file probably

use those server file:

and replace share folder with the one from silkbotter then just edit ip in all server and on the client here data/share/loginlist.csv and channellist.csv

now we just need to test it for a while, and try to beat the cheats.

than I hope, a new long term server with xp abotu x2 will be around ^^
