whenever i try to choose my char and then enter to the server, it suddenly appears a minibox showing chinese letter with the number 390 (sometimes 391, 382) what does this mean, server full? or ping?

that there means the server is full lol! ive been trying all night to get on and its like impossible lol

i only downloaded the new logintool from the 1st page...
all works perfect exept one important part:

i cant create a character!!

after i click on the "new" button (in the choose character screen) my game crashes every time..after 30 secs or something..

anyone have an idea?
