Theres server maintenance everyday. It will be done in like 20 Minutes. So they most likely will have a new login tool when its over.

i have vista and no matter what i do, i cant get these logintools to work on my comp. i get an error message saying dekaronsf.com has stopped working...

You have to right click on the logintool and click "Run As Administrator...".
