when u try and log into your character and the screen is black and just sends u back to the Username:/Password: login page does that mean the server's full?

i am having the same problem at this moment, it just send me back to login screen.

i am able to log in but when i selected my charchter and clike which shard i get a black screen and then this box pop-ups saying something in chinese or weird symbols and takes me back to the charchter selection screen again.. can someone tell me what this means? Or if anyone one else is having the same trouble or the server might just be full?

Yes this means the server is full , just wait alittle and try , try again .....
