yea cause u never know maybe they will not target them all idk i just know I am the ONLY server admitting we got one...Bt i dont take kindly to lawsuits so i abided by the emails and have begun the shut down process

umm yea, lets see blizzard can't manage to get rid of wow private servers, and they have best... well best everything, lawyers, cofee machines, you name it, since they got the money, true its a more popular game than dekaron, and attracts higher skilled hackers to work on their own private servers

but gamehi? nexon probably wants to show off like a guy wants to impress a girl, all talk, no action, they got globaldk ruined with their OWN bot dil farming companies, and now they want to sue private servers eh?

why not simply... erm... make a captcha ingame and get rid of the bots? that way players will come back... oh wait no more bot dil farming... yeee

Maybe its time to hold the pserver on an offshore server? That might slow the process a bit at least..

Blizzard can't do anything about private WoW servers. Why? Because we own the source code. 99% of private WoW servers are built on either the Mangos, Arcemu, or Ascent core. Our Dekaron files however are compiled binary, which belong to GameHi incorporated. If someone took the time out to sniff the packets, and write a emu for this game. They would have a much higher immortality to GameHi. I'm sure it will boil down to that eventually (depending on how smart GameHi really is). They could hire two to three guys to constantly surf the web picking out private servers on a daily basis, with the money they will earn from improved player count, due to private servers being shutdown. They can pay them three guys salaries ten fold. It just depends on how GameHi wants to approach it. But the real deal behind it, is the Dekaron development community is lacking. There aren't but a handful of real developers here. A emulator should of been started a long time ago, regardless to how flexible the current files are. In the next couple years when GameHi is releasing more content that will no longer work on these files. Where will the private server community turn to then?

You know I tried to tell myself this email was fake because NOONE else got one or admits to getting one. ANd we arent in the top at all. But i had specialist look at the headers and they are legit, and not only that i send a direct email to

and did recieve a response back. So i then knew it was REAL....Why Fussion got one and nooen else has IDK...Or maybe its because we are the longest running and they wanted to make an example out of us. I will never know. But we official shut down and took all dekaron content off our forums...Its a sad day cause we was up 2 and a half years but never know what may happen later

The reason they cant get rid of all the wow servers is because for some reason Germany and Canada doesn't abide but some law and only servers hosted in those places can be run. But believe me any other server hosted other then those places has gotten blizzards wrath of 6 billion or so being sued to them. >..>

1. Why are they giving people a warning before they screw them over? I would just f*ck them up without warning if I was gamehi.
2. If I were gamehi, I would just post it on my website, so that people wouldn't think it was fake.

1. It saves them a ton of money in legal fees.
2. It would draw too much attention for the wrong reasons.

WoAG received the DMCA letter we are shutting down as well. I imagine all the Dekaron servers in the top 10 on Extreeme top 100 received the letter. Im not taking any chances at getting sued the letter looks very seroius. They send a file with it for you to sign and send back with in 7 days saying that you will not use there copy right in any way ever again.

So glad someone else finally came forward and verified this for me. I was beginning to think Fussion was the only server that got one.
So sorry they are doing this to us. But i guess we all knew it could happen one day.
Just wish the other servers would take this **** serious. Do they really want to be sued?
