icedraggon & all the newbs, you can really get alot more done if you learned how to edit the csv file for yourself... It's really simple... Stop wasting your time asking people to post their csv file for you and get down and dirty and learn this stuff. Isn't that the reason why your joined elite? I'll get you started a bit...
Things your needs:
1) Monster Editor
2) Info.csv
3) About 1-2 mins of your own personal time!!!!
Open info.csv in notepad, If the index numbers do not line up on the left, turn wordwrap on/off can't remember which one lol... Index number should start with 101 and as u scroll down the it will be 102, 103, 104, etc... Do not use excel because excel tends to add extra spaces and you'll end up messing up the csv file...
Once they are all line up, u should open up monster editor. Find the monster you want to edit and get their index number. Then go back to notepad and find that index number.
Once you find the index number...
For example...
2703, 4,12,18,6,2000,2000,1200,1000,0,0,0,50,2,0, 4,50,100,30,0,0,0,0,18,10,0,2,20,10,5,0,0,0,0,0,0,0 ,0,0,0,1
The Red Number I highlighted 4,12,18 is DwExploreRange • DwSight • DwPersuitRange if you change these values to 9,99,99 you can can pull them from as far as you can see.
The Orange Number I highlighted "4" is the number of aggro. All you have to do is change it to watever number you would like and BAM that how many you can aggro... Isn't that simple???
So in the end, your line should look something like this...
2703, 9,99,99,6,2000,2000,1200,1000,0,0,0,50,2,0, 99,50,100,30,0,0,0,0,18,10,0,2,20,10,5,0,0,0,0,0,0,0 ,0,0,0,1
These are the only real values that you need to change to vac the monsters, keep in mind that if you drag over 40 monster to a wall and group them up real tight to a point where it looks like only 1 monster, you will most likely DC...
Have Fun and Don't Get Caught... Don't forget to change the AI in monster editor...

Yeah thanks but the prblem is that monster editor doenst work for me i tried reinstalling the game and al the suggestion and still keep saying that the data.pak is wrong
So cant do that

Mmmmm You must be doing something wrong... Have you tried reinstalling everything then attaching monster editor? Also are you sure you opening the right file with monster editor? It should be working, I have never had a problem with it.

I've tried to do that way... and i can't vack python with "usa vack".
Well i've read all you said. Monster editor to find the index, then i go into de info.csv located inside usa folder and change the numbers u said to change, save enter the game and, the monsters don't lure! They kept walking and stoping around..... no lures for me.. What am i doing wrong?

I had a similar problem before... try unpacking or finding a fresh ai folder with the info.csv file. If you can't find one I can email you one that i sent to myself awhile back as backup. PM me if you need it, though i don't remember what is changed on there, probably just then nunvice bug...

on my monster editor i put a batch edit and made all the AI to 7 i had the vac hack and i edited it with the mon i want but it doesnt work. only the original monsters are lured in not the other ones i picked
it looks like this for one of the monsters i picked, Drake:
2056,99,99,99,6,2000,2000,1200,1000,0,0,0,50,2,0,9 9,3,0,0,0,0,0,0,18,10,0,2,20,10,5,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0, 0,0,1
what am i doing wrong???

I really don't like the idea of batch edits, just because i think it too risky running around with all melee in every map vacing on me.
animejo, pm me your email addy and the monster (hopefully not more then 10 LOL, i'm lazy) and I'll send you my info.csv file so you can test to see if mine works. If it does work, compare what i did and what you did.
Sometime the csv files get corrupted somehow... Also remember not to use excel when editing the csv file, it adds extra unnecessary spaces.

Not all things are working correctly. For Ex. I can't lure Heras and Angelicas like i lure Lasputin Hunters.... I don't know what valuer should i change to make them not stop and attack me...
Any Solutions?

Go to Monster Editor and Set AI to 1 and then go to range/normal set cellrange to 00 or 0... This is for all range mobs...

Remember some mobs have several forms of attacks. So set not only their normal cellrange but the 2 others.

i have a question once the new update was on .31 -.32 now my vac works on some monsters but not all like the noobie monsters such as spider's and pinral monsters.... they dont see or come to me at all like i was a ghost or something but other that that other monster in crespo and frozen valley... they follow me and get vaced ... any way to fix this? if so let me know asap thanks
