Visenya works and does come with a spoofer if you pay for it. Can't vouch for legit but good for rage. Owner usually sits in vc to chat too if you have any problems or just to talk sometimes too

i have used milkyway for dbd before, well "used" i can't really say, their cheat takes like a month to update and eventually i just let my subsciption expire. Chods is better in staying undetected and updating their product good and fast but chods has less features.
so it's a question of quality or quantity.
if you want quality you go for chods if you want quantity you go for milkyway.
but if you go for milkyway be prepared to have to wait a month if its being updated.
