INTRODUCTION

Hello Community!

During the COVID-19 lockdown I used to watch some videos of the old DarkOrbit, that brought me happy memories... :')
Since I had a lot of time to waste on that period, and an old project that I never completed, I started to work again into it.
Today I completed the game, and I decided to call it DarkOrbit Nostalgia, with the hope it may give to the players good memories of a game we used to love.

I tested it for over 1 hour now and i need to say i felt in love. It makes fun to play rounds over rounds. The graphics also looked like back then and its super awesome! I hope for more improvements in the near future like something to buy for Credits or more stuff to buy for Uridium than only boosters.

After battle when im clicking "fight again" i have sometimes black screen without reason and well only restart helps. But really good project! It gave me so much nostalgia ^^ + I really miss full screen, will it be possible to implement in future?

I dont' think an online function is needed at all. I'll just love an option to eliminate all the ships until 1 remains. Like it was in the Jackpot arena...
Also I'll really appreciate if the hp repair is faster

I think it would be cool if that deathmatch were made for DOR Ultimate Battle Simulator :P.
Ofc, 2008 graphics and gameplay style are pretty cool, i've spent many hours playing this mini-game, i must say that you've made a very cool work @.

But i still prefer something like 2010-2011 style xD.

I clearly remember "shevchenko_7" and "magilla72". The first was a top player in the italian server and the second one was an admin. When magilla was licensed back in 2011 they had a long conversation about some secrets of Bigpoint.

I will give some names since some legends are really missing (even when it was way over 2009 but these ppl made darkorbit even after beautiful)

#1 - Eatforyou (EIC and Basic Colonel) (ofc myself xD to flex on and i like to support your projects further!)
#2 - OneManArmy (a good friend of mine since several years and hes a good guy)
#3 - StressOhneGrund (a good friend of mine aswell since several years)
#4 - Mioghi (a good friend aswell)
#5 - Anonymous (a great darkorbit content creator with sick edit skills from 2013 until 2015) also he won several JPA's already)
#6 - MementoMori (funny guy and a friend aswell)
#7 - Wareda (so i can kill my clanleader in darkorbit nostalgia and can flex on afterwards)
#8 - NiceTryManu (a good and funny friend aswell and hes my hentai lover)
#9 - [EEL].::LegendKilled08.::[GB1] EIC (OneStar Colonel rank) (my rekt coleader and i know him since years)
#10 - Para (a friend aswell and he has general always even when it doesn't exist for him )
